Our Stop-Motion Animation Programs

Minecraft Movie Flix*

Kids love Minecraft!  Using stop-motion animation students will bring Steve, Alex, the creepers, and more to life in a movie they’ll storyboard, shoot and voice-over in age-appropriate groups. **Flix emailed a month after program ends.

Lego Flix*

Bring Lego worlds to life! We provide the Legos. You provide your imagination. Work in groups to create a Lego set with Lego characters for a stop-motion movie you’ll storyboard, shoot, and add voice-overs too. ** Flix emailed a month after the program ends. 

Animation Flix

In this fast paced class, students will be creating at least 4 stop motion movies.  These could include dinosaurs, paper cartoons, toy cars, white board, finger puppets, playdoh, jewels, or items brought from home. Action Stop Motion Flix

Use stop motion tricks to create fires, explosions, and even floods, as your characters battle it out or work together to save the day in this action packed stop motion class. You’ll work in small groups to storyboard, create the action, film, and voice-over these exciting movies. ** Flix emailed a month after the program ends.

Minecraft vs. Roblox Flix*

Make a Minecraft movie, or make a Roblox movie, or make a mashup movie! Choose Minecraft or Roblox action figures to create a movie full of games or challenges for your character to overcome. In this stop-motion movie making class, you’ll work in small groups to create and voice-over your movies. ** Flix emailed a month after the program ends.

Claymation Flix

Test the limit of your imagination as you use green screen technology to transport your movies anywhere! You’ll create your own clay character (that you get to keep) to star in these flix where you’ll film, direct, and voice-over in a small groups. **Flix emailed a month after the program ends.

Live Action Flix

Discover your filmmaking talents! You don’t have to be an actor to take part, as we’ll guide you through the Hollywood process to create, direct, film, act, and more. You won’t just make an incredible movie, you’ll have the skills to make your own movies with friends. ** Flix emailed a month after the program ends.

Action Movie Flix

Adventure awaits you in these high intensity movies, where you’ll use a green screen, camera tricks, & special effects to create your own live-action action movie. You’ll collaborate to write, act, & direct in this stunt packed movie where you’ll be taught action choreography to thrill the audience. ** Flix emailed a month after the program ends.

Special Effects Movie Flix

Explosions, tornados, meteors! In these high intensity live action movies the special effects will blow your mind.  You’ll get to direct, act, and even add special effects as you work with your group to make a movie that will surprise all your friends and family.  **Flix emailed within a month after camp ends.
